Themanufacturing unit is equipped with a wide range of modern machinery and equipments includingcomputerized plasma cutting machines with a production capacity of more than 15000 square feetof ducts per day.The Group’s MEP Operations in Dubai is managed from their head office based in the DubaiPrinting Press Building at Bur Dubai. The Office space occupies 15,000 square feet of theMezzanine floor with strength of more than 100 engineers and other staff members. The groupconsiders its employees and work force as their main asset and works diligently towards creating anenvironment of trust, good communication and team spirit among the staff. The office and staffmembers are accommodated in Elemec’s own facilities with a central mess and all recreationprovisions capable of serving up to 1500 members at Al Quoz Industrial area Dubai.

Mumbai - India (2010)
In India, Elemec has an exclusive presence of being a provider of integrated M.E.P solutions. This is achieved by rendering enhanced co-ordination among the different M.E.P services, integrated value engineering, harmonization of all phases and improved serviceability. The international work nature of the Middle East has created a wide knowledge base among Elemec’s work force which they have successfully implemented in the current tallest tower in Mumbai, One Avighna Park to add enormous value and benefit for their highly esteemed Client .Established under the name of Elemecs India Electromechanical Engineers and Contractors Pvt. Ltd. The office is located in the Wellington Business Park - 2 at Andheri East and controls the Indian operations with governance from the Corporate management. Elemec has been involved in the design, engineering and execution of the MEP works of One Avighna Park for Nish Developers at Lower Parel, Mumbai . The 64 storeyed structure comprising two Towers and Rehabilitation buildings.
The Group is also occupied in the execution of Elemec Group’s ambitious in-house project, a 500-bedded Multi-specialty Hospital in Kayamkulam, Kerala - India. Elemec’s insight of offering value to the society will now expand to the entire health care spectrum through this initiative.
Muscat - Sultanate of Oman (2009)
Expanding to the Sultanate of Oman in the name of Elemec Electrical Contracting L.L.C, Elemec secured and started the effective operations of the landmark project, Tilal Complex comprising Oman’s largest grand mall in the name of Muscat Grand Mall at Al Khuwair. Elemec have provided its professional expertise and knowledge tocomplete the project with the highest standards and created a staunch presence in the region. The Group is currently in the process of executing the Holiday Inn Hotel near the Seeb Airport in Muscat among other projects.
Doha - Qatar (2010)
In keeping with its dexterity for growth, the group has established new branch in Doha at Qatar in the name of Elemec International Electrical Contracting LLC. The Group aims to further extend its knowledge of creative, sustainable and cost effective engineering through its professional expertise and resources in the field of electomechanical engineering to the construction industry in Doha by executing The Souq Wafiq Hotel at Doha, Qatar.
Taking cognizance of the need for the local population in Kayamkulam, Kerala to have a mall for their shopping experience, Elemec diversified into the retail industry to provide the coveted serviceby inaugurating their first wedding castle in the heart of the city in 2006.
